useCollapsibles also for Tutorials

Currently having a collapsible menu for Tutorials is not supported. I would like to add that.
Before I prepare a merge request for adding an option to allow that, was there a reason why this was not added in the first place? Or does a veto exists that such a merge request will never be approved?
