There are several things one can do to check if the simulation is running according to plan.

If StoSim had problems with setting up simulations, there are logs to look at (look at FJD screenlogs) and sometimes StoSims output is helpful (in which cases?).

If we implement #10, then fjd screenlogs are the central source of information. Neat!
