NHOS Will Not Boot

Since v.1.07 (possibly related to the new image that is downloaded) NHOS refuses to boot across several systems.

I am left with a white flashing underscore and no further progress is made.

This has to be a release issue, as no changes were made to the target systems (e.g. BIOS settings remained constant).
