Why can not I use 2 different pools in 1 console? Example: nheqminer.exe -l zec.pool.minergate.com:3357 -u nokeys@gmail.com -t 20 -l zec-global.waterhole.xyz:3329 -u t1QB1VEfVkG7vkKgfKqF9nYDFCsaDbuC -t 20

It's not intended for you to be able to do this. I presume you wish to take 40 threads and run 20 each on different pools? Just run two instances, one on each pool. PS: I hope you're doing this on a machine with 40+ virtual threads...
