Support LaTeX through Typst

Using https://github.com/OrangeX4/mitex, we can have users toggle whether Nano renders syntax as LaTeX or Typst while keeping a unified interface.

Ideally we have some toggle that triggers an optional preprocessing step that deals with math delimiters, inserts whatever mitex needs, etc.
