Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04?

Do you have any interest in adding Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04 support? How difficult is this if I wanted to contribute that?

I think that'd be a great idea! 20.04 is a bit of a pain, but perhaps this will help: https://github.com/nickcharlton/packer-ubuntu-2004
