templates are not loading in email, there is an some issue in email template configuration i think

earlier we have integrated req vert template and that was working fine. but currently its stop working.

May be some settings changed in sendgrid account so could you please check it

CertUploaded mail send to whom, company or user?

When a cert is uploaded by an agent, an email must be sent to the general contractor (our user) notifying them that it has been uploaded and they will be needing to review it. Have you had any progress with the templates?
