Cleanup setup process

App must be starts one time for creating dummy config. This config with temp params and app can't starts with it. Then user must edit this config. Then app starts normally but without web part - for work there must be more then 2 memes already, uploaded via bot. Then needs another restart to slideshow clearly detect all db items and rotation can starts. Too complicated and bad designed. Need to rework this startup part. Maybe sample config and images helps here.
