discord.js v12 and @discordjs/commando are now deprecated, and they're eventually going to break with API changes by discord. discord.js v13 also introduces slash commands.
@discordjs/commando has no replacements and contributors would probably need to rewrite parts of this bot to make it work it discord.js v13+
