Bluetooth connect on power on

Hello, when I power on my rPi it wont connect to paired devices, when trying to connect from the rPi it says the phone or pc doesn't have any supported profiles. When using the other device to initiate the connection it works properly. Is there any way you know to auto connect when the rPi comes online? Thank you.

Sorry, I don't know how to do this. From what I have seen on other devices (like Bose's QuietComfort headphones), these devices try to connect to their list of known devices rather aggressively when switched on. In some circumstances this can be really annoying (e.g. when the headphones are suddenly connected to a device you did not expect), so there is no right way to do this.
