[feature-request] consider adding mysql-client to base image

Of late I've needed to do some basic db, troubleshooting using mysql-client rather than running apk add each time wanted inquire as to whether this package can be added. It seem in the spirit of a network diagnosis tool to have this capability if it does not add too much bloat to the base image. Thanks in advance 🙏
