hi,I'm here again.I don't know how to modify the code.
So how do I use the diversity.py file or should I call it in that python file? If it is convenient, could you show me the screenshot of the place where you use it.

I have a new question, the vts file means there is a template and every line in the vts file represents a point that corresponds to that template, right? For example, 309 points in tr_reg_000.vts correspond to 4142 points in the template, and 1361 points in tr_reg_001.vts correspond to 4142 points in the template, so 309 points in tr_reg_000.vts correspond to 1361 points in tr_reg_001.vts, Is that right? Can you explain sampleID.vts and sym.vts in FAUST_r/corres by the way? I don't quite understand what tr_reg_000_sym_vts is used for except tr_reg_000.vts, thank you~
