Possible different approach: frictionless data (tabular packages) conversion to SQLite

As of September 2020, there seems to have interest in the biodiversity informatics about frictionless tabular packages.
IF the community gradually switches from DwC-A to data packages, we might be able to reach the objectives of DarwinSQL by actually implementing a fully automated Frictionless data -> SQLite conversion tool (if it doesn't already exists).
Advantages:
- we don't invent yet another language
- relatively easy implementation
- would be useful for all communities/data packages (not only biodiversity informations/dwca-like)
