Consider parsing a 'Payee' column

Feature request: Parse "Payee" from CSV

Motivation

This was asked on reddit by u/Zendio.

Possible solutions

Parsing the Payee column used to be messy. I remember it creating duplicate payees for me in YNAB.
Still, that might just have been an issue isolated to me.
