[BUG] Official Docker image does not set build tags

When running:

docker pull ghcr.io/nieomylnieja/go-libyear
docker run --rm ghcr.io/nieomylnieja/go-libyear -v

We get the following output:

Version:
GitTag:
BuildDate:

This is because in our release workflow we're not setting the appropriate args.
