VHD is being used by another process

I tried to run the example, but it shows this:
path\ConsoleApp1.csproj(51,4): error MSB3061: File can't be removed path.vhd. The process cannot access the fil e 'path\ConsoleApp1.vhd' because it is being u sed by another process.
How to fix it?
(i tried stoping win defender and reboot, nothing worked)

It's not the project's problem
