Merge amend with edit

Amend provided by the Add command preceded the Edit command. Their functionality overlaps and there is little point in having both present.

They should be merged, with the difference between amend and edit being that amend explicitly always applies the changes to the most recent entry, while edit requires locating a specific entry.
