Have premium, may be that is the reason?

I does not have Premium, but I have that problem. Read post in Telegram channel and wait for update

Guys, have a patience! Telegram blocks login on all versions <= 9.3.3
So, wait for update!

Seems like durov drops any clients <=10 tg version number, and even forced unlogin on them((
i hope, the inspiration fairy will come to Niki soon, couse some other clients like nekox stuck on even older versions..
