Game title is not visible while loading thumbnails

Describe the bug
On slow connections, while game thumbnails are loading there is no way of knowing which game is which.
Describe your setup
- WebMenu Version: 0.5.0
- MiSTer Version: Irrelevant
Expected behavior
Show the game title while loading the thumbnail.
