ROM and core management (transfer and delete)

Describe the solution you'd like
How about a rom/core management feature allowing us to transfer/delete to and from the mister, this will save users having to setup separate SSD/FTP windows and do it within a web interface.

MiSTer already FTP and SFTP acces out of the box.

I understand that having a ROM management feature built into the web interface can be very convenient, but given that alternatives exist I going to give this feature request a low priority.
