The Colour Card Widget is a Figma widget that allows users to create customizable colour cards directly within their Figma projects.
To install the Colour Card Widget, follow these steps:
- Open Figma and create a new file or open an existing one.
- Go to the "Widgets" menu and select "Browse Widgets."
- Search for "KC Colour Card Widget" and click on it.
- Click the "Install" button to add the widget to your Figma workspace.
Once installed, you can use the Colour Card Widget by following these instructions:
- Drag the Colour Card Widget from the Widgets panel onto your canvas.
- Customize the colour name and code by entering values into the provided input fields.
- The colour card will update when you hit Enter after entering the colour code.
- You can reset the colour card by clicking on the "Reset Colour" button in the property menu.
Here are some examples of how you can use the Colour Card Widget:
- Designers can create Colour palettes for their projects and easily share them with collaborators.
- UI designers can quickly generate Colour swatches for different components in their designs.
If you encounter any issues while using the Colour Card Widget, try the following troubleshooting steps:
