These types of libraries don't really belong here, do they? Besides, I'm assuming that you want the libraries in this organization to be of a certain quality. I know I do, and as such I'd to like to remove the library since neither I nor anyone else has attempted to actually make this library useful ever since it was moved from the standard distribution to nim-lang (actually, it was broken all along).

I could create a repo belonging to my user instead once the library becomes useful.

Araq doesn't want it to be removed (as indicated by a response on IRC)

I am working on this now though. It will be usable before the end of the week.
