@soubhik-111 You may downgrade your ruby version at least below 3.0

I have downgraded my ruby version but still I am unable to figure it out.

The website uses ruby 2.4.1. Ruby 2.7.x works on WSL2. You may try change the Gemfile.lock to adapt it to your local deps.
