Broken sources for donations

I randomly stumbled upon the following 2 problems:

• PayPal link to donate to Nim is broken:
  • Pressing the link lands you here
  • In case you get a different result, this is what i got
• Salt BountySource isn't just broken, but appears to no longer exist
  • Clicking the link should be page not found
  • Image of page not found
  • After some research into this i found the following: Basically Salty BountySource got acquired by some shady Bitchain company that then went bankrupt
  • There are numerous search results on this, but the gist is that it's gone

My proposal: If possible fix what the problem is with the PayPal's ineligibility or remove it. Remove Salty BountySource as a way to donate
