Delete both old and new profile data

Because the profile data as moved a few times in Meld and the casing has
changed a couple times, it's better to just delete them all if the user has
opted to delete the profile data. This means checking
%APPDATA%\Meld
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Meld
%APPDATA%\meld
%LOCALAPPDATA%\meld
