Starting Structure for this Repository

Our firewall site: http://fluorine.nimh.nih.gov/redmine/projects/getting-started/wiki might be a good starting point. From that page:

Mandatory Training is very out of date and is superseded by the LBC protocol guide. I think this could become 'NIH training' and broadly outline the categories of trainings people will need to pay attention to as we as various options for training at NIH.
'Lab Policies' has some useful info, but could use work (the 'Data sharing guidelines' link is currently empty and could probably grow to it's own page). Some of it is superseded by the LBC protocol guide, but it's probably worth keeping the page. Also, the poster printing guidelines there are out-of-date so don't copy them
-'Email Lists to Join' can be kept and there's a more updated version now on Teams
-'Tutorials' and 'How-to' can definitely be distinct pages, but we might want to restructure some of what's on those pages, remove currently empty links, and some of the tutorials may need some more work before sharing, if anyone in the world can view them. We probably also want to be stop listing individuals' names & emails as contacts.
-'Stimulus Files' should probably be ported to GitHub, but I'm not sure it's mature enough to be public facing.
'General Education Resources' can be kept as is or parsed into sub pages. It could also use some work.
-'Software to install on Macs' seems useful and maybe also a 'setting up environments on biowulf' can be another tab.

This repository has grown to the point where at this point, if there's a structure issue we should call it "Modifying Structure for this Repository"
