leiningen + drip -> world-writable files

I'm randomly getting rw(x)rw(x)rw(x) permissions instead of umask-respecting ones from leingen when using drip, more often than not.

Also: drip's jvm.pid has permissions -rw-rw-rw-.

This is fixed in pull request #72
