Consider adding next.jdbc-compatible namespaces

clojure.java.jdbc is considered "stable" now, i.e., no future maintenance is likely to happen, and all future effort is going into next.jdbc (which is the 1.0 release that c.j.j never got).

next.jdbc uses different protocols that would need to be extended and has a slightly different API from c.j.j (which is partly why it's a separate project outside Contrib).
