Hi ghost owners,

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I believe this project was initially released as a pypi package named clu but quickly renamed to ghost?

Marvin182@, andsteing@ and I work at Google and are open sourcing a python library CommonLoopUtils and intend to release it as clu.

Is the clu package which you released earlier being actively used? If not, would you mind transferring the ownership of the package so that we could use it?
