src/tests/testutil.cc: fix inconsistent HAVE_PTHREAD/HAVE_PTHREADS macro usage

In src/tests/testutil.cc, there's a check against the HAVE_PTHREADS macro,
when it should be checking the HAVE_PTHREAD macro. Fix attached.
