[FEAT] - indicating package manager in flag style in CLI

Specifying package manager using :yay instead of -yay could be weird to people.

Add an alternative so that people can specify package managers in the form of -yay or -paru instead of with the :.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Nothing wrong with colon, it's just different and therefore could be confusing.
