(Important) Here instead of making a request to the Spotify API for each track to be added, make a single request with the track id's in the query as a comma-separated list. See this endpoint reference.
For example,
https://api.spotify.com/v1/users/{user_id}/playlists/{playlist_id}/tracks?uris=spotify:track:4iV5W9uYEdYUVa79Axb7Rh,spotify:track:1301WleyT98MSxVHPZCA6M
