"Hide the whole feed" not working

Describe the bug
Enabling the "Feed" > "Hide the whole feed" setting is not working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Feed'
2. Enable 'Hide the whole feed'
3. Wait for the feed to refresh

Expected behavior
The feed should be hidden
