[Bug]: Migrate particular Sprint - Test Plan, Test Suite, and Test Case

Relevant configuration

Description:

Objective: provide the configuration json for Migrate Test Plans, Test Suites, and Test Cases from the particular sprint in the source project to the target project.

Relevant log output

We are using the MigrationTools-15.1.7-Preview.5 tool for migration. When we run the tool using the attached configuration, the test cases are migrated as work items, but the test suites and test plans are not created. Please provide a solution to ensure that test suites and test plans are created during the migration

What happened?

We need to migrate the particular sprint's Test Plans, Test Suites, and Test Cases from the source project to the target project.

We used the JSON configuration file: Configration.ticket.json

Please check and update the JSON configuration file to migrate the particular sprint's Test Plans, Test Suites, and Test Cases
