Refocus Issue

In the example:

1. Click to create a new Kinetic.EditableText and type some characters
2. Click in a blank area to unfocus
3. Click on the Kinetic.EditableText created earlier to refocus it
4. Click in a blank area. Instead of unfocusing, it creates a new Kinetic.EditableText, and both receive input
