Can't create the exporter

Hello,

Tonight I tried your project and I met the following error.

ERRO[0000] Can't create exporter : Can't create the Speedtest client: expected element type <settings> but have <html>  source="speedtest_exporter.go:127"

I met the same issue using the docker image (Dockerfile) or building from sources.

go version go1.19.2 darwin/amd64
