Is it possible to have all the apps start minimized?

Sure, it's possible.

The easiest way is that adding an option in the Preferences to force all the apps start minimized if that option is true.

I need to confirm that if adding an option in the Preferences to force all the apps start minimized if that option is true is enough or not.

Maybe adding the option to the panel menu is better because it's more handy to enable or disable this behavior there.
