multiple options for saving results

@rwildermuth has been running into issues with a large storage sizes being necessary for MSE results.

Some ideas (sourced from MSE group):

• Only save report files from runs
• Have a switch for full reporting or minimal
• Maybe keep saving full model files where things are erroring
