High-res heatmaps not working

Seems like heatmaps stopped working a couple of days ago. Only low-res showing.
I mean these tiles: https://anygis.ru/api/v1/Tracks_Strava_All_HD/{x}/{y}/{z}

Did they fully stop working or just became laggy / intermittently working?

It's probably the express rate limiter as it's currently configured to limit each IP to 1 request per 20 seconds.
