list of UQ products to have by the end of the year

May be we can work on this in our meeting with Khachic to list and prioritize any possible product and where we want to focus.
UQ product list:
- methodology report of model configuration generation
- methodology report of ensemble perturbation process (distribution + historical errors)
- methodology report of statistics (surrogate fitting + statistics / sensitivity extraction + PDF calculation)
- map of maximum elevations exceeding some arbitrary percentile (90%?)
- map of uncertainty

@WPringle I've updated the list to include some products that I think are reasonable deliverables for the end of the year
