Add basic support for parsing SCHISM outputs and analyzing it using existing example scripts:
- Add support for SCHISM perturbed track (ensemble) generation
- Add parser for SCHISM ensemble outputs
- Support ADICRC-like output for SCHISM parser (for compatibility with existing analysis scripts)
- Test on ensemble output and fix bugs/issues
