Add option for empty placeholder cards in support of expected player picks

Tournaments often use some aspect of free player pick, completely separate from pocket pick conventions in the app today, which replace an already drawn song. The app should allow for a pre-configured number of empty placeholder cards to be added in a draw which can be filled in with player picks as needed. Possible stretch goal: option to add additional player pick cards to an existing draw (may correspond with additional option to draw an additional chart at random as well?)
