unable to use with generateStaticParams

I am using Next.js with next-intl and it requires generateStaticParams for locales but generateStaticParams works only for server component. (RootLayout should be server component)
AutoViewTransitionsOnClick, EnableNextAppRouterViewTransitions can not be used in RootLayout
