iuplua module not found

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download and install LuaForWindows_v5.1.4-45.exe
2. Run the examples
Example 37 failed:
error loading module 'iuplua' from file c:\Program files
(x86)\Lua\5.1\clibs\iuplua51.dll

I just installed LuaForWindows_v5.1.4-46 and the problem still exists. PDF of
screen capture and error message is attached. The example run was launched by
the installation program (LuaForWindows_v5.1.4-46.exe).

This is still a problem with the current release. I am posting and not just
putting in a star due to the time since last report and the time since the
first report. Two years is a bit long for this to exist.

I could not reproduce this error.
screen shots are attached.
The window does not popup from SciTE, I ran this from the command line like
this:
C:\...\Documents\lua script.lua
