Speed up plugin refresh time

Any time the alarm is used, the notification on Homekit is taking a long time, and for example the automatizations are not done at the same time if I use as a trigger the activation of alarm, to close the doors at home. It happens around 15-20 seconds later.

Expected behavior
Instant notifications on Homekit, 1-2 seconds. At least to speed up the time of response.

Homebridge System (please complete the following information):

• Operating System: Synology DSM Version: 7.2.1-69057 Update 3

If you make a change to a device or sensor, the information needs to travel to your panel, back to alarm.com, then get polled into this plugin the next time the refresh timer ticks. This can take a while when you have an alarm panel using cellular. I'm facing the same issue. WiFi only and have never been on a cellular connection.

I'm going to change this issue to reflect what I think you will need, which is polling support in the plugin. This conversation was started in node-alarm-dot-com/node-alarm-dot-com#27. In the meantime, reducing your refresh time in the plugin settings should help with late notifications.
