bower package

The bower does not contained a compiled version, can this be fixed? Since bower packages is recommended to keep outside vcs they have to be installed on production servers. I think you should pre-compile and then publish on bower.

I'm fresh to bower, I never publish package on it before.

Do you have any Get Started Document about how to publish a package to it?
