Package does not appear in the node-red palette or node red flows

Having installed using npm (v0.2.10) the package does not appear in the node-red palette.
It also does not appear in https://flows.nodered.org.

It's an automated process, it might take some time for the package to be listed there.

I was wrong, it will not be listed there because the package doesn't provide new nodes, only stylesheets.

Arguably that is an issue that should be fixed (not in this package obviously).

To be honest, I think it's best this way. It could confuse some users.
