Some suggestion about the huge blank room when we open an article

I like this theme very much. It is very clear and fresh. But I still think that we should take full advantage of the huge blank room on the left and right when we open an article. For example, we can add the catalogue of this article on the left and the catalogue can show the structure of the present article clearly. When we pull down the article, the catalogue can't be hidden. Second, we can add all the articles' title in our blog on the right.

It's a minimalist theme. It's meant to have blank spaces. Also, those "add-ons" on the sides need to go somewhere when you open the website on a mobile device. Anyways, I'm not fully convinced.
