I may not be savvy enough but with the provided comment in the code I can't make work the example in redirect.
Is there more docs or examples to demonstrate this ?

are you getting some errors? have you completed your b2c configuration from azure portal?

you just need to set

• "interaction_mode": "redirect"
  in your configuration file
