Rename to avoid trademark, remove RFN

Futura is a trademark, and trademarks do not expire except through lack of enforcement, so I suggesting renaming this project to avoid a future coercive demand to do so.

Also please don't use RFNs on Github, it makes forking and modifying the fonts infringing; it also means web font users must rename the fonts if they subset them, which sucks
